This is a fun valentines day – bingo game video. Teacher will need to print out the bingo game cards, which are included in our preschool February lesson plans. Give each child one of the bingo game cards and some type of markers to use with the bingo game. You may want to use large pompoms, large buttons, counting chips or you could use food too such as fish crackers or small heart shaped candies.

This is a cute pre-reading, literacyvideo that can be used with your Valentines Day theme or a heart theme. This is a fun way to capture your child's attention and to help him focus on learning his letters A through R. For the month of February we are learning the letters P, Q & R.

Watch the video with the children and as Staci says a letter and holds up the card with the letter on it, have the children look at the letter and then look at their bingo card to see if they have the same letter on their heart bingo card. If they do have the same letter have them put a marker such as a piece of paper or a sticker onto the matching letter.

If you are allowed to play videos for the children in your daycare this makes a great educational video for them to watch, if you can't play videos you can print out the pieces needed to copy what Staci is doing in the video with the children in your care.
