 I only received the password, where is the link to down load?

 Click here to go to our down load area, scroll down the page to the item you purchased, click the red down load tab and then put in your username and password.

I never received an e-mail with a password or down load link?
|
|
Please contact us right away; either by phone (800) 591-4135 or by e-mail kids@adaycare.com and we will immediately e-mail you out the password and down load link.
AOL and sbcglobal are two of the e-mail providers that do not always receive our instant e-mails after purchasing online, which are sent out from our auto responder, and some e-mail providers view these e-mails as spam. We typically answer emails within an hour (Monday - Friday). We are not open on the weekends, but we do check the emails (on weekends - expect up to four hours before you get a reply). .

We try to answer e-mails within an hour or two (Monday - Friday) or within 24 hours (on the weekends). If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours then we may not have received your e-mails. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours please contact us by phone (800) 591-4135.

Yes, when you use your credit card to place an order your information is transmitted securely using state-of-the-art encryption.

| Which types of payment methods do you accept? |

You can place an online order using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit/debit card. Or you can place an order using paypal. Orders can be placed online or you can call in your order at (800) 591-4135.
If you would prefer to mail in your order you can pay by credit card, money order or business check, there is a 14 day hold on checks while waiting for them to clear the bank.

If you purchase with a credit or debit card online, you will receive your order instantly, at the end of your order click on the down load tab or check your e-mail for the down load link and password. |

Password Expiration:
One Month - Password is good for 90 days
Two Or More Months - Password is good for one year
Year Of Curriculum - When you purchase the entire year of curriculum there is no expiration date!

No, all our CD's include the shipping in the price you see advertised on our website.

How will be my CD be sent? |

If you purchase a CD, it will be sent by the US Postal Service, please allow about 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive (USA) Please Note: If you are located outside the USA then please allow two to three weeks for delivery by first class mail.

| What is your return policy? |

All sales are final. Where most of our products are down loads, you can't physically return a down load. We also offer our merchandise on a CD and most stores do not take back CD's. They will offer a replacement CD and we will do the same.
After purchasing any of our items, if you encounter any problems with any of our down loads or CD;s just call us at 1-800-591-4135 or e-mail us at kids@adaycare.com and upon order verification of your purchase, we will try and help you get the problem fixed by:
Help by Telephone - we may be able to talk you through any problems you are experiencing.
Help by e-Mail - we can e-mail you out any files you are having trouble down loading.
Help by US Mail - we can send you out a replacement CD.

How do I know if the PDF files will work on my computer? |
|
Click here, to see if you can open up the PDF files. If the file opens for you then you have the acrobat adobe reader on your computer.
If the PDF file above opens up for you, then you have the adobe acrobat reader on your machine. You may need to give the file a minute to load.
If it doesn't open then you don't have the adobe reader and you will need to down load it. The adobe acrobat reader is free. Most computers are set up to automatically open PDF files in your
browser, you will be able to view the file in a few seconds. If this
process takes longer than a minute, you may want to save/download the file
to your hard drive. On slower computers, computers on a dial up, or older computers, it is usually easier to down load the files to your computer than try to open them online. Once the files are on your computer they will open right up. If this file does not open up on your computer than you do not have the adobe acrobat reader. Please see below where to down load the free reader.

| How do I down load the PDF files? |
|
PC Users:
Use your mouse and right click on the file you wish to down load. You should
see a menu with a "Save to..." option. Choose this option, and save the file
to your computer (either to a CD or to your computer's hard drive).
Mac Users:
Hold the control key and click on the download link, Or pause
your cursor over the download link.
From the drop down menu which will appear, choose "Save Link As",
"Save Target As", or "Save to Hard Drive".
Then choose "Save to Desktop" or save in a folder of your
choice. |

| I am trying to open a PDF file in my browser? |
|
Click the file to open up the PDF file, if it doesn't open, you may not have the adobe reader on your computer or you may have the wrong version, you will need version number 5.1 or higher.

The Adobe Acrobat Reader may already be on your computer.

| How do I print PDF files opened in my browser ? |
|
To print a PDF files you have opened in your browser; use the File, Print command on your browser to print the document.

| Printing Tips |
|
I find it best to print out the lessons and daycare forms on copy paper and the printable games and posters onto card stock paper.
Some printers are set to reduce the size of PDF documents.
*Please Note* When printing out the pdf files click on File -> Print and then look to the right hand side you should see a view of the picture that is about to print.
Just above that picture are some printing options. Where it says Copies and Adjustments. Click on the two that say Expand Small Pages To Paper Size and Auto Rotate And Center Pages. This will make it print out almost the size of your paper other wise it may print out to small.
